Integrate Health AI, LLC (“Integrate Health AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Integration Studio, a private-preview Azure Managed Application for healthcare integration workflow evaluation.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our website, private preview offer, support activities, and customer-hosted deployments.
1. Private Preview Status
Integration Studio is currently provided as a private preview and evaluation product. It is not intended for production use, clinical decision-making, or storage of production protected health information unless and until separate written agreements, production approval, and any applicable healthcare compliance agreements are completed.
2. Customer-Hosted Azure Deployments
Integration Studio is designed to deploy into a customer-controlled Azure subscription. In that model, the customer controls its Azure tenant, subscription, resource group, identity configuration, access controls, network configuration, logs, databases, backups, and data entered into the deployment.
Integrate Health AI does not operate a publisher-hosted SaaS environment for customer runtime data as part of this private preview.
3. Information We May Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Business contact information, such as name, email address, organization, job title, phone number, and support contact details.
- Marketplace and licensing information, such as customer ID, subscription ID, license status, plan information, and deployment metadata.
- Technical and diagnostic information, such as error reports, logs, configuration details, deployment status, version information, and support evidence provided by the customer.
- Information voluntarily provided during support, implementation, or evaluation activities.
4. Healthcare and Protected Health Information
Customers should not enter production protected health information (“PHI”) or other sensitive production clinical data into a private-preview deployment unless a separate written agreement, business associate agreement if applicable, and approved production deployment terms are in place.
If Integrate Health AI acts as a business associate under HIPAA for a customer, the permitted uses and disclosures of PHI will be governed by a separate written business associate agreement and applicable law.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide, evaluate, support, and improve Integration Studio;
- configure licenses and private-preview access;
- troubleshoot deployments and support requests;
- communicate with customers and prospective customers;
- maintain security, reliability, and auditability;
- comply with legal, contractual, and marketplace obligations.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers, cloud providers, professional advisors, or marketplace operators only as needed to provide, support, secure, or improve the product, or as required by law or contract.
Customer data in a customer-hosted Azure deployment remains under the customer’s control, subject to the customer’s Azure configuration and agreements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers are responsible for configuring and securing their own Azure environments, identities, access policies, networks, logs, and backups.
8. Data Retention
We retain business, support, licensing, and diagnostic information for as long as needed to provide the product, support customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Customers control retention of data stored in their own Azure subscription.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- controlling access to their Azure subscription and deployment;
- configuring identity, security, networking, logging, and backup settings;
- determining whether their use of Integration Studio is appropriate for regulated data;
- obtaining any required consents, approvals, agreements, or business associate agreements;
- complying with laws and regulations applicable to their data and operations.
10. Your Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of business contact information we maintain, subject to legal, contractual, security, and operational requirements.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
